To support this momentum, Albatross has welcomed three new strategic hires to its team:
- Jigar Patel – Senior Underwriter
Jigar brings a wealth of credit experience from across specialist finance and banking. He will be instrumental in strengthening the credit team and driving forward Albatross’s growing residential bridging proposition. - Ema Sileviciute – Case Manager
Acting as the crucial link between sales and underwriting, Ema will also work closely with broker partners to ensure Albatross’s service standards remain best-in-class. She joins after completing a BSc in Mathematics and Finance from City, University of London. - Harrison Norgate – Financial Controller
With new funding initiatives and product launches on the horizon, Harrison will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing Albatross’s financial framework, ensuring the business is well-prepared for its next phase of expansion.
