Albatross Lending Group Provides £6.8 Million Facility for Prime Chelsea Residential Refurbishment

London, December 2025 – Albatross Lending Group is pleased to announce the provision of a £6.8 million refinance and refurbishment facility for a high-value residential property located in Chelsea.

The loan facility refinances an existing facility and provides the capital required to complete the remaining refurbishment and interior fit-out works at the property. The asset, a double-fronted, four-storey period house, is undergoing a full-scale renovation to a high architectural and interior standard.

The 3,500 sq ft Chelsea townhouse is currently in shell condition and mid-way through an extensive redevelopment programme. The borrower is now refitting the property to a high specification finish including installing a custom staircase, large lightwell and custom finish joinery throughout the property.

On completion of the works the property is expected to be worth £13,000,000 as confirmed by Albatross’s independent appointed surveyors.
