Industry-recognised talent across senior underwriting and risk management as Albatross Lending Group accelerates growth journey
Albatross Lending Group is pleased to announce the appointment of three senior professionals to its growing team: Craig Reiselson and Jemima Hayes as Senior Underwriters, and Roger Taylor as Risk & Portfolio Manager. The hires represent a significant strengthening of Albatross’ underwriting and risk capabilities and reflect the firm’s ambition to build on of the most experienced specialist lending team in the market.
Each appointment brings deep expertise, a proven track record, and strong industry relationships that will directly benefit Albatross’ broker and borrower clients.
Craig Reiselson – Senior Underwriter
Craig brings nearly a decade of specialist underwriting experience, having spent nine years at Market Financial Solutions, where he developed a strong reputation for structuring complex, high-value bridging transactions. Recognised on the Bridging & Commercial Power List for 2026, he is known for balancing rigorous risk assessment with a solutions-led approach that gets the right deals over the lines.
Jemima Hayes – Senior Underwriter
Jemima is one of the most highly regarded young professionals in UK specialist finance. Over seven years at Market Financial Solutions, she progressed from Assistant Underwriter to Head of Bridging Underwriting, leading her own team and managing the firm’s most complex bridging relationships. She was named in Financial Reporter’s inaugural 30 Under 30 in 2025.
Roger Taylor – Risk & Portfolio Manager
Roger brings a well-rounded perspective across underwriting, risk, and business development, having held senior roles at Cherry Orchard Funding, Market Financial Solutions, and Bridging Ventures Group. As Risk & Portfolio Manager, he will oversee Albatross’ risk framework and portfolio performance, ensuring a disciplined and sustainable approach to growth.
